Every Crockee piece is carefully handcrafted in small batches, making each item one of a kind. Minor differences in colour, texture, glaze, or finish are a natural part of the handmade process and add to its unique character.

• We offer returns or replacements only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.
• If you experience any of these issues, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at teamcrockee@gmail.com along with your order number and clear photos of the product.

Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind or for the natural variations that are inherent to handcrafted ceramics.
